Tattoodo Client Leads

Why Tattoodo Client Leads Are Great

Tattoodo leads make it possible for prospective clients to swing by your shop digitally. This won’t just help with Covid restrictions; it also makes it possible, after the pandemic storm has cleared, for people to check out your studio while traveling, on short notice, and similar. It doesn’t change at all how you do business, it just enhances it. It brings more people to your doors, digitally.
It’s always good to have new business coming in, and our client leads make sure that you have your books full of projects that interest and resonate with you. See below for a guide on how to use them.
How Tattoodo Client Leads Work

Once you log into your studio profile on Tattoodo, you’re taken straight to your dashboard. The first thing you’ll see is a banner that states how many client leads are near you. Click on that, and it takes you to a list of all the hopeful tattoo projects near you.

Browsing through the list of projects in client leads, you’ll notice that we’ve included a way for people to send a brief that includes a short description, body placement, and even inspiration or body part images. This will help you get a good understanding of what the client is after, and whether or not you’re interested.

Click on a project, and you’ll be able to select if you want to message the client and get more info, or if you’re not interested. Selecting “Not Interested” removes the project from the client leads list. If you are interested, you can message the client to get more information. Once the client accepts your response, you can then start the consultation, set up a calendar date for the appointment, and even request deposits.

Tattoodo Client Leads Step by Step
  1. Log into your studio profile and click on the card that says “Client leads”.
  2. Browse client briefs detailing their tattoo idea. Click on the projects to view more information.
  3. For those that you are not interested in, simply click on the project and select “Not Interested” at the bottom. This removes it from your list.
  4. For the projects you are interested in, you can message the client. Either create a new message or select “Quick reply” to send a pre-made message.
  5. Once a client accepts your response on their end, you can then start the consultation.
  6. After speaking with the client and agreeing on a set appointment, you can then send them calendar invites and even deposit requests.

You’ll still have clients walking past your shop door or hitting you up on your social platforms, but Tattoodo leads are just another way to help support your business and reach new clients.
